Maternity Mimi

My friend Mimi asked me to do a maternity shoot to document her pregnancy, and I was glad to do it. Its not every day a friend is pregnant and wants photos! Mimi was amazingly “normal” for being so pregnant: no wild cravings, no mood swings. Kevin is a lucky man!

Used my new 10×20 muslin and boy was that a pain to put up alone. But once it was up, it gave the contrasty dramatic feel I was looking for. Used a single clamp light with an umbrella. Simple.

I would classify this first maternity shoot as a success. They loved it!
