Jojo (who came to consult for this MMA-style shoot) asked for some promo shots for some of his upcoming fights, so I went to his gym today to take some shots. I gave him some time to get warm and the rest of the “sweat effect” was from water from a spray bottle.
I decided to go for the ominous/dark/scary/intimidating look, so that involved using harsher lighting than I would normally want to use: Off-camera 430EX II behind an omni-bounce fired by ST-E2 transmitter.
